1 본 약관의 효력

본 약관은 SHOTCUT (이하 "본 서비스") 가 제공하는 AI 기반 숏폼 비디오 편집·업로드 기능 이용에 관하여 본 서비스와 사용자 (이하 "회원") 간의 권리·의무·책임 사항을 규정합니다. 회원은 본 서비스 이용 시 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

2 서비스 내용

• 긴 영상에서 하이라이트 자동 추출 (Whisper 전사 + LLM 분석).
• 자막·타이틀 자동 생성.
• 9:16 / 16:9 숏폼 영상 렌더링.
• YouTube · Instagram 등 사용자 본인 채널에 본인 영상 업로드 (사용자 본인 OAuth 동의 후 가능).

3 회원 가입 및 계정 관리

• 이메일 또는 Google/Kakao/Naver OAuth 로 회원 가입.
• 회원은 본인 계정의 보안 책임을 부담하며, 비밀번호·OAuth 토큰 유출 시 즉시 본 서비스에 통지.
• 1인 1계정 원칙. 타인 명의 도용 금지.

4 사용자의 책임

• 본 서비스를 통해 처리·업로드하는 영상의 저작권·초상권·기타 권리 침해 책임은 회원 본인에게 있습니다.
• 본 서비스는 회원이 업로드한 영상의 내용에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
• 회원은 본 서비스를 불법적인 목적, 타인 권리 침해, 음란·폭력 등 사회 통념상 금지되는 콘텐츠 제작·배포 목적으로 사용해선 안 됩니다.

5 지적재산권

• 본 서비스의 코드·디자인·로고·문서 등 일체의 지적재산권은 본 서비스 운영자에게 귀속됩니다.
• 회원이 본 서비스로 제작한 결과물의 저작권은 회원에게 귀속됩니다. 본 서비스는 회원 콘텐츠를 보유·재이용하지 않습니다.

6 결제 및 환불

• 유료 기능은 종량제 (영상 처리 시간 기준) 로 과금됩니다.
• 충전분 (결제로 구매한 영상 처리 시간) 구매 이후 환불은 결제가 되었던 수단 (결제에 사용한 카드의 승인취소) 으로만 진행됩니다. 회사가 계좌이체 (송금) 방식으로 환불하는 경우는 없습니다.
• 구매한 충전분은 결제한 회원 계정에 귀속되며, 회원 간 양도·이전·선물·판매가 불가능합니다.
• 구매한 충전분을 취소·환불할 수 있는 기한은 결제일로부터 1년입니다. 충전분의 사용 기한은 별도로 두지 않으며, 회원 계정이 유지되는 동안 소멸하지 않습니다.
• 결제일로부터 7일 이내이고 결제분 (코인) 을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우에는 결제 금액 전액이 카드 승인취소로 환불됩니다.
• 결제 금액의 10분의 1 (10%) 이상이 소진된 경우에는 환불이 불가능합니다.
• 위 전액 환불 대상에 해당하지 않고 소진량이 결제 금액의 10분의 1 미만인 상태에서 회원이 환불을 원하는 경우, 결제 금액의 50% 만 카드 승인취소로 환불됩니다. 환불 후 남아 있는 종량제 코인은 회원 계정에 유지되어 계속 사용할 수 있으나, 어떠한 경우에도 다시 환불되지 않습니다.
• 위 환불 기준은 신용카드 불법 현금화 (카드깡) 를 방지하기 위한 조치이며, 결제 화면에 동일하게 명시됩니다. 회원이 결제를 진행한 경우 본 환불 기준에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

7 서비스 중단·변경

• 본 서비스는 사전 공지 후 기능 변경·중단·종료가 가능합니다.
• 긴급 서버 장애·점검 시 사전 공지 없이 일시 중단될 수 있습니다.

8 면책

• AI 분석 결과의 정확성·적합성에 대한 보증을 하지 않습니다. 사용자가 결과물을 검토 후 사용할 책임이 있습니다.
• YouTube·Instagram 등 제 3자 플랫폼 정책 변경으로 인한 업로드 실패는 본 서비스 책임 범위 외입니다.
• 천재지변·전쟁·통신 장애 등 불가항력 사유로 인한 손해는 본 서비스가 책임지지 않습니다.

9 회원 탈퇴 및 이용 제한

• 회원은 언제든 마이페이지에서 탈퇴할 수 있습니다.
• 본 약관 위반 시 본 서비스는 사전 통지 없이 계정 이용을 제한·정지·해지할 수 있습니다.

10 분쟁 해결

본 약관에 관한 분쟁은 대한민국 법령에 따르며, 서울중앙지방법원을 1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.

1 Effect

These Terms govern your use of SHOTCUT ("the Service"), an AI-powered short-form video editor and uploader. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2 Service description

• Automatic highlight extraction from long-form video (Whisper transcription + LLM analysis).
• Automatic caption and title generation.
• Rendering of 9:16 / 16:9 short-form videos.
• Upload of user's own videos to user's own YouTube/Instagram channels (after user-granted OAuth).

3 Account registration

• Sign up via email or Google/Kakao/Naver OAuth.
• You are responsible for the security of your account. Notify the Service immediately upon any password or OAuth token leak.
• One account per person. Identity impersonation prohibited.

4 User responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for copyrights, likeness rights, and any other rights in the videos you process or upload through the Service.
• The Service is not liable for the content of user-uploaded videos.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, infringement of third-party rights, or production/distribution of obscene/violent/socially prohibited content.

5 Intellectual property

• All IP rights in the Service's code, design, logo, and documentation belong to the operator.
• Copyright in user-created output remains with the user. The Service does not retain or reuse user content.

6 Payment and refund

• Paid features are billed on a metered basis (per minutes of video processed).
• Refunds of purchased credit (video-processing minutes bought by payment) are processed only through the original payment method (cancellation of the card authorization). The company never refunds by bank transfer.
• Purchased credit belongs to the account that paid for it and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold to other members.
• A cancellation or refund of purchased credit may be requested within 1 year from the payment date. There is no separate usage deadline; purchased credit does not expire while the account remains active.
• If none of the paid amount (coins) has been used and no more than 7 days have passed since payment, the full paid amount is refunded via card cancellation.
• No refund is available once 1/10 (10%) or more of the paid amount has been consumed.
• Outside the full-refund case above, if you request a refund while less than 1/10 of the paid amount has been consumed, only 50% of the paid amount is refunded via card cancellation. Metered coins remaining after the refund stay in your account and can still be used, but are never refundable under any circumstances.
• This refund policy is a measure to prevent illegal credit-card cash-out. The same policy is displayed on the payment screen, and proceeding with payment constitutes agreement to it.

7 Service changes / interruption

• The Service may change, suspend, or terminate features with prior notice.
• Emergency maintenance may cause temporary interruption without prior notice.

8 Disclaimer

• No warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of AI analysis output. You are responsible for reviewing the output before use.
• Upload failures caused by third-party platform (YouTube/Instagram etc.) policy changes are outside the Service's responsibility.
• The Service is not liable for damages caused by force majeure (natural disaster, war, communication failure, etc.).

9 Withdrawal and restriction

• You may withdraw at any time from My Page.
• The Service may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account without prior notice in case of Terms violation.

10 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
